How The Process Works

• An initial meeting to discuss your requirements and what you want your web site to look like, this is free of charge. What I will need from you, if you have them, if you don't I will help you to get them: Logo's, Fonts, Colour Schemes, web site layout, Photo's, Text for each section
  
  
• Example Page, I will design you an example page(s) after our initial meeting, so you can see and choose which direction you want your web site to proceed.
  
  
• If you want to proceed, a contract, explaining exactly what will be provided for you and how much you will pay upon completion.
  
  
• Register your domain name, if required. A £20 fee will be taken at this stage.

• We arrange for your web space.

• Set up personal e-mail address, if you do not already have one.

• Release Construction Page. We will put up an under construction page for your chosen domain name, so that your customers know your web site will soon be live and how they can contact you in the mean time.

• Build your web site to your requirements, it will vary how long this stage takes depending on your specification and workload, this will be confirmed at the initial meeting.

• Once you are happy with your web site, it will be released onto the Internet, any training needed will be given at this stage.

• Job Complete, at this stage the contract is complete and any further modifications and additions will be charged accordingly.

• Web Site maintenance, most sites will not need weekly/monthly changes made. but if you do need maintenance, this can be built into the contract.
